The first delivery went as planned…but on unpacking we found the appliance was broken. After phone calls back and forth a.o. agreed to pick up the broken one and supply new…within 4 days over a Bank Holiday! Great service…would just have preferred not to have spent 90 mins on the phone!!

The drivers were very pleasant and friendly. They rang me first thing in the morning and 10 minutes before they arrived. They offered to unpack my tv, bought it inside and left it where I asked them to. They also offered to take their shoes off before they came in the house.

Great service as ever from Lifestyle Home Appliances. Arrived the next day. Excellent communication from the delivery team. I had been allocated a four hour slot but they phoned to say they had narrowed it to a two hour slot. They then phoned when they were 10 minutes away which was really useful as I could explain how to find our house which is a little off the beaten track. Well done to them
