I managed to miss the delivery as the tracking info for DPD was misleading. I phoned Lifestyle Home Appliances and they tried to arrange for the re-delivery to be later that morning. Although I was told it wasn’t possible, the parcel did arrive later that day so thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances and DPD
