There was a lot of notifications about when my item would arrive, a couple of days in advance, the day before, an email with a time slot on the day of delivery and then even a phone call to say they were 15 minutes away. That was all very good.
The two lads who delivered the item were pleasant, careful and helpful. Well done!

I bought a fridge freezer, process was easy. Delivery drivers were very efficient. Knocked off a star because I was only told at 0630 on the day when it would be delivered. Had I been told the day before I could have held off defrosting my old fridge freezer therefore being able to reuse the food .
