Really pleased with the service received from Lifestyle Home Appliances and the product itself is good. Ordered a reasonably basic microwave to suit our current needs and all seems to be as it should.
Delivery was great, was given an hour window, which was literally the only hour I was going to be unavailable and was able to quickly and simply switch my delivery to the following day.

The Lifestyle Home Appliances delivery team and call centre have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I originally ordered the washing machine from another retailer on 29th December on behalf of my 82 year old mother. After waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and connection, she had a rotten experience being let down with her delivery and being made to wait another 10 days for re-delivery through no fault of her own. It was hard to contact the another retailer call centre and the staff were very unhelpful so I cancelled the order with them and ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliances. The Lifestyle Home Appliances team has made an 82 year old lady very happy. She said the staff were polite, courteous and respectful and she felt that she didn’t get that from another retailer. She said she felt devalued and unimportant and that they just didn’t want to know. The ordering process through to delivery and connection was seamless from start to finish so a big thank you to Lifestyle Home Appliances 😃. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
