The online ordering options for delivery/recycling etc were very confusing and I ended up paying more than I should, so a couple of days later I sent an email requesting refund, I got a callback within 5 mins and refund was instant, the agent was also very helpful and said as the item I purchased had now dropped in price he eould refund the difference. Very impressed.
