I bought a tv and it turned up when stated, delivery people were great, I didnt set up and Lifestyle Home Appliances account and wanted nothing more than the tv delivered. Yet I got a phone call, asking me if I needed the old one removing, if it was the main tv in the house, how extra insurance would provide blah blah blah.. yeah I know it was all the tick boxes I deliberately ignored when I bought the tv. So why a passive pressure call was needed I really don’t know. Stop treating people as idiots and trying to scare monger people in to buy stuff they don’t want or need

Conscious that it was raining so made sure it wasn’t placed onto the carpet. 100% excellent service.
