Washing machine broke on Monday – ordered a replacement at midday. It was installed and running the first wash by 8am on Tuesday!
Delivery drivers gave me 30 mins notice of their arrival, were really friendly. Unplumbed the broken one, took it away and got the new one up and running.
All whilst entertaining my 4 year old talking to them – and they gave her a teddy, so she was very happy!

Really friendly and helpful delivery team but felt the vehicle wasn’t right for some of the goods being delivered.
We had a large ‘American’ fridge freezer which was a real challenge to off load from the vehicle without the benefit of a tail lift. That said once the goods were off the vehicle the team went into action, unpacking, removing doors, positioning and refitting doors before leaving with all the rubbish. Can fault their actions
