Easy to navigate website, clear information, great to choose a delivery date/date. We opted for next day delivery, the team called in the morning to provide an apx time, called again when 10m away. Friendly and respectful of the property. Took the old one away and a fun bonus bear for the kiddos ! Great value, great service, great team.

Although the appliance arrived damaged (not by Lifestyle Home Appliances) the customer service was excellent.
A friendly customer assistant quickly dealt with the issue and within less than 2 days I had a new appliance and the damaged one was collected.

Communication was really great leading up to the delivery day. I knew when I needed to be home once given the 4 hour window. But then I received a phone call from the delivery guys with confirmation and update on slightly more accurate timing. They arrived bright and cheerful gave me all the prep info I needed and took away the old freezer and packaging. First rate. Won’t hesitate in using Lifestyle Home Appliances again in the future.
