    We purchased a new washing machine and tumble dryer and the delivery experience was faultless.
    The notifications for the delivery timeslot and order tracking were really useful.
    The delivery drivers arrived nice and early and were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional.
    They got the new appliances in and set up and removed the old ones quickly and efficiently, despite having to negotiate 2 flights of stairs!

    Efficiency with two smiles!

    The driver kept me informed as to how long they would be – I was delighted that I didn’t have to wait in all day! He and his co-worker were very pleasant, especially considering they had to carry our new washer dryer up 2 flights of stairs! All without any sign of a grumble from either of them. Very pleasant young lads!
