We don’t buy applicances from anywhere else these days. My washer broke on Friday night; ordered a new one (that was on sale with £200 off) on Saturday afternoon; delivered by 10:30 on Sunday morning. When we had a faulty (new) fridge freezer in the summer, after a repair didn’t solve the issue, Lifestyle Home Appliances mediated a manufacturer refund and sent our new choice of unit within 24 hours. Their lifetime care warranty actually is easy, no quibble and you can speak to real people without any hassle. I wish they sold cars…!
