Amazing customer service, amazing delivery men, what could have been a stressful experience was made easy, cannot fault Lifestyle Home Appliances for how they look after their customers.
I purchased a Hisense fridge freezer from Lifestyle Home Appliances and after just 12 days began to see issues with the product itself. After only 2 phone calls to Lifestyle Home Appliances, they had arranged conference calls with the manufacturer (I had previously spoke to the manufacturer myself and got nowhere) and had my product replaced with a different make and model with no issues whatsoever. All customer assistants I spoke to at Lifestyle Home Appliances were accommodating and listened to all my queries and complaints with no confrontation. Lifestyle Home Appliances price matched my new product and it was delivered next day. The delivery men were amazing also! They carried the heavy appliance out and lifted and fitted the new appliance within 20 minutes.
