Initial experience was great, two operators dealt with my broken kettle experience with no fuss and a replacement and collection booked in. However when I needed to change an address, 15mins later, I had to give up and leave it to DPD to sort out the lack of the collection issue with my
Pick-up point. The kettle was delivered in a box 2.5x the kettle box size making it a demon to transport home. Not sure whether that was an Lifestyle Home Appliances or DPD issue. Final result is that I have a new replacement kettle so 8/10 for a service that was mainly complicated by external issues.
