Was told washer couldn’t be fitted on delivery due to short waste pipe. Had a plumber out the same day and he didn’t see an issue and fitted for me. Have done 20 loads of washing since no issue.
Cost of fitting washer was refunded. However the man on the phone wanted to quibble over the cost of fitting the tumble fitting as Ordered a tumble and washer along with a stacking kit. Apparently they won’t stack them, which makes it laughable why they sell them and deliver them with the option to fit.
Only refunded for the tumble as the delivery driver also argued my point.
