The delivery men had to take off a door between rooms to get it out.

I have used this company twice to pick up my fridge/ freezer and both times I have a very good experience. Communication is good. They email confirmation the date they will pick up. The night before they will give you a time slot and on the day they will call before they arrive. Brilliant service.
