    The website is easy to use with a good choice of products and reviews to consider. Useful suggestions are provided to ensure you are choosing what is best for you. There are also multiple options regarding delivery, unpacking, installing etc.
    After my recent purchase I had a telephone call to check I was still happy with my choice and confirm the delivery arrangement.
    Early morning on delivery day I had an email to tell me the 4-hour window, a link to a website to track the delivery van and finally a call from the drivers to say they would deliver in the next hour. Excellent communication.
