    Your products are excellent as always, but EVRI delivery service are rubbish.
    I was emailed to say the products would be delivered on the 7th May, so I stayed in all day.
    Then I was sent an email stating it was going to be the 8th May and i was at work so I asked it to be changed to 11th May, this was confirmed in another email.

    When I got home my elderly neighbour called me, the products had been delivered to her, the driver did not put a note through my door so had she not told me I would have been waiting in all day again on 11th May.

    This is terrible customer service.
