As usual, so came up trumps. Easy website, clear information so I could select my purchase. Reduced price always helps, free delivery and collection of old microwave, cheerful elivery as advised, unpacked and ready for use and all packing materials taken away.

Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and friendly. I had a few questions about my order but my phone call was treated with respect and courtesy. The delivery service was also very friendly and efficient. Your products are excellent as always, but EVRI delivery service are rubbish.
I was emailed to say the products would be delivered on the 7th May, so I stayed in all day.
Then I was sent an email stating it was going to be the 8th May and i was at work so I asked it to be changed to 11th May, this was confirmed in another email.
When I got home my elderly neighbour called me, the products had been delivered to her, the driver did not put a note through my door so had she not told me I would have been waiting in all day again on 11th May.
This is terrible customer service.

The delivery was great that you can track the driver to see how far away their are, the delivery driver was really helpful bringing it though the house so it was in the right room
