On time professional in all adpects

The guys were professional and polite and efficient. Free teddy bear for my wife was a nice touch.

Once the order was completed it was an excellent service however my wife and I had difficulty understanding your agent so the order took an inordinate time to complete.
Having looked at the website as a member I think it would be easy to order items on that system.
Also it seems that since I and my son Darren have insurance policies with you you have confused your selves with our names.
Darren Castle has a policy covering an Indesit and Hisense machines on a live direct debit, whist Derek Castle has cancelled the policy on my old Indesit and started a new direct debit for my new Samsung machine. I trust you can sort it all out.
