How does a company the size of Lifestyle Home Appliances consistently deliver the most exceptional standard of customer care and service excellence? I really wish more companies could learn from them! I am now a repeat customer and every single time I order a product from them I am bowled over by the way I am treated and the fact that nothing is too much trouble. Even a recent purchase of a Smeg kettle and toaster where my husband and I could not decide on the correct colour, (and changed our minds three times returning and re-ordering) did not phase them in the slightest. Their customer service team are friendly, polite, efficient and so helpful, making even slightly stressful decisions so much easier to deal with. In my opinion they outshine any other appliance retailer and even another retailer and M & S are second to this level of professionalism and service. I really hope they keep this up for years to come and congratulations to whoever heads up the customer service team, for they are doing an exceptional job! Thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances!.
