    The website let me select an exact date for delivery of a laptop but apparently if something is being delivered by DPD they do next day delivery. This caused problems as my friend who was taking deliveries had a hospital appointment and now has to try to collect the laptop from a local post
    office
    The good news is that Lifestyle Home Appliances recognised that this was a poor experience and provided acceptable compensation, so I’m happy to improve my rating
