    Good delivery the driver dropped it off, not damaged. The item was well packed, well done De Longhi, once the bands were cut, the AC stayed on the tray to pull off the box, easy then just tilt it off the tray and hey presto its on wheels to go to the place where you want it. Quite pleased with it. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
