I attempted to arrange for my order to be delivered to my next door neighbour but the site said it was not possible for this delivery. When I questioned the courier, he said it was the decision of the suppliers. On this occasion it was just mildly annoying but, had I had to go out in an emergency, it could have been extremely inconvenient.
