Missed initial delivery. DPD then give you a penalty delivery 3 days later. Ordered the same item for free next day delivery and cancelled the missed order. Ashame Lifestyle Home Appliances don’t have a better say on ensuring next day delivery on missed items as it costs them more. Order again and it’s a good workaround.
