Last item ordered had to be returned through a fault.
Getting through to customer service is slow due to the volume of callers and had difficulty on 50% of the calls (4 in total) which proved to be difficult and frustrating due to the agent being unable to understand the problem. The process to return the faulty machine and get a refund was straight forward. The ordering and delivery was excellent, delivery communication kept me up to date on time and the delivery people were friendly and polite.
