My purchase and delivery was quick and easy. Sadly the package box containing the Asus laptop showed signs of stress with what appears to be bump damage but pleasingly the laptop inside was in good condition. I know if it had been damaged LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk would have resolved the problem for me quickly. Now to charge it up and go on line :0).

The delivery driver was excellent.
Rang me in the morning to let me know he would be between 3-5, and then also rang me 10 mins before delivery
He then tried to get my delivery up the stairs for me, however it wouldn’t fit due to the door needing to be taking off the hinges, which my husband will have to do.
He took all the packaging away for me. Service with a smile, very friendly and polite.

Could chose the day I wanted delivery, and for a bit extra a time group. Had a phone call the day before telling me my four hour window and on the day another phone call with a two hour window. I could then track the delivery to see when it got close. Delivery was quick and efficent.
