I write a review 1 star a few days ago as i was getting nowhere 4 advisors and still no repair.
However i had to keep calling back as my laptop is over 2000 and needs repairing again in the 1st year. When i say samsung are the worst i really mean it dont buy there products they are like a problematic company and products.
I would like to thank Pat who took on my issues and removed me so i could be calm and less stressed as a AUDHD Advocate. I thank you for giving that lil bit more as i am now able to tackle other commitments without the stress of samsung.

When registered the 2 year warranty as leaflet in box the details they sent were in someone else’s name and my address phone number and email address. When printing warranty it was someone else’s name address and incorrect tv details. Have tried for 4 days to get this corrected but keep getting cut off or just left hanging on phone then cut me off. I don’t like the idea of the lady I have her details and maybe she has nine
