Their staff are friendly, helpful and competent and being old school I like dealing with human beings not Ai and chat bots. Ordered an AEG washing machine one day and it was delivered the next day.
Message confirming delivery, a text the next morning confirming a 4 hr time slot, then another call giving a 30 minute estimate (so I could put my daft puppy in her crate).
Quickly fitted and took the old one away and tested to make sure the new washing machine was working and had no leaks before leaving.
The delivery folks were an asset to your company, very pleasant and courteous.
