Had a dishwasher replacement. For convenience and easier if there is any issue with the new one, got Lifestyle Home Appliances to remove the old one and connect the new one. All good except for the high cost.

Arrived on notice on time. Highly organised, friendly and professional. Have good advice.

I received a hotpot washing machine in February. In May I discovered, when machine leaked, a chunk of the seal was split.spoke to Lifestyle Home Appliances who liase with hotpot and H agreed to replace seal. Waited 5 days, as part was out of stock, and heard nothing. Spoke to Lifestyle Home Appliances who again liase with H who said the part was expected in 3 weeks. Lifestyle Home Appliances immediately stepped in and said this is not the service they expect for there customers. Liased with H manager and I received a brand new machine in 2 days. Now that is absolutely brilliant service 👏

Good choice of products and competitive pricing. They had the product I wanted in stock, and at an overall price including delivery that was cheaper than anywhere else (including the manufacturer). Delivery options and dates were also good.
Delivery drivers are always on point when we shop with Lifestyle Home Appliances. This time we didn’t need an installation, but they delivered the item into the location we needed (we’ve had other companies barely deliver over the threshold on a no-install delivery).

One criticism is that they should have free delivery options when you’re spending over a certain amount of money. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
