The service from start to finish was exceptional. Ordered on Monday and could have had it delivered and installed the next day, but chose the Thursday of the same week. The guys who delivered and installed called twice before arriving, were friendly and knowledgeable, and dealt with everything efficiently. Even though a slight issue was caused when refitting the door (cosmetic) it didn’t detract from their service. He was so apologetic and concerned and more than happy to rectify it if necessary, even calling customer services on my behalf to report, but the machine fits and works perfectly & these things happen sometimes.

The TV arrived on time. The driver kept in touch. The 2 gentlemen took the old TV away but before leaving took the TV from the packaging and set it up on its stand and cabinet as they could see I could not manage on my own. Top marks to them
