This was the 3rd attempt to fit our new hob. This time the engineer was excellent. No looking for excuses why it couldn’t be done. He completed the gas and electric connections and tested before and after to ensure everything was OK. Marlon was a credit to your organisation. Professional, organised, knowledgeable, clean and polite. None of which would describe the previous engineer!
