The delivery people were very courteous and decent but in a rush, understandably as they had to complete 26 orders in the day. My previous fridge was an integrated one, being replaced by a freestanding one. I believe more detailed and relevant questions should be asked in advance and appropriate arrangements made accordingly. Luckily I had my builders around who helped or else the fridge delivery and replacement would not have worked out. Not enough time for them to take us through any features or provide any extra information.
