My experience was made great by getting hold of the right person at the right time. Had a major problem yesterday and on my first call to Lifestyle Home Appliances about the problem I spent an unsuccessful 35 minutes with an Advisor who did her best to rectify things by putting me on hold a couple of times while she spoke with another department, all to no avail. I rang again a few hours later and this time I asked the name of the person, who was Dorrian. He listened to all I had to say and promised me he would sort thing out. I’ve received an email today and am more than pleased, he has solved my problem.
