Ordering excellent, delivery drivers communicated regularly with updates of how long it would be and were efficient. The only annoying thing was the phone call the day before to check everything was prepared for delivery, turned into a sales pitch for domestic and general insurance! Despite having a 2yr warranty they, were pushy and assumed I would automatically sign up to pay so much a month. I had to be persistent that I was not interested. I would worry about more vulnerable people agreeing to it without realising.
