Well the ease of the website to find what I wanted, then after the purchase a friendly lady called to offer insurance but was also very informative about what I was buying and great advice then she did not over push the offer of insurance then sent me an email with all info. Then the delivery I was able to track in real time and the driver called with a accurate time then nothing was too much trouble really polite and careful with my new machine offered assistance on how to attach everything they went above and beyond I really thought they were the best experience I’ve had on a delivery both lads were just awesome really!
