Ordering process was clear and easy to use.
Received emails and text messages keeping me up to date with order status and then delivery
Received a a text on day of delivery with approximate delivery time. Also an email so I could track.
Then received a telephone call from delivery drivers to say on the way.
The two delivery people were excellent
They were polite, friendly, respectful of my home and knew exactly what they were doing. Old washing machine and new one installed very quickly.
