I was told you would phone 15 minutes before you came. That didn’t happen – but then I knew when you were supposed to be coming and it was all good when you got here.
Just don’t promise something you’re not going to do. I had my delivery window and you called yesterday and this morning., I didn’t need any more phone calls. But had I popped out relying on the fact that you were going to give me a 15 minute warning I could have missed you!

2. Communications pre delivery - Good - very clear even if the window was the whole day.
3. Communications day before/day of delivery - Excellent - 2 hour window provided night before was accurate. Call 1 hour out was accurate. Call 10mins prior helpful. Online tracking accurate.
4. Install - Excellent - friendly, helpful, quick, tidy, no issues.
5. Overall - one of the better experience in last mile delivery I have had.

I was emailed & texted my 4 hour delivery slot, I received a call from the driver with an hour estimated delivery which made things easier for me…..the two delivery men were friendly and helpful
