I was informed of my delivery slot early in the morning . I had a phonecall from the delivery guy to confirm the delivery slot and i had a phonecall to say tgey were 10 mins away . My delivery was made to the back door as i asked and the guys were happy smily polite people .

Our second Shark cordless vacuum cleaner. Have tried alternative brands with less success. First Shark coped we with builders and master dust so reverted to Shark brand. Particularly like the practical attachments, emptying system and double battery. My daughter has recently bought one too and is delighted with how clean her carpets are and how extraordinary the amount of debris vacuumed onsite of daily robot vacuuming.

Delivery and installation and recycling service was excellent. Chris and Jack were super helpful professionals and did a very efficient job in difficult circumstances as we live on second floor with over 35 stairs!!

Easy online ordering, can pick date and whether it’s a morning or afternoon delivery, if you want it installed and old one taken away for recycling for an extra fee. You get email and text reminder. On the day the driver calls to let you know what time they are coming. Great communication all through. They took it straight into the kitchen. Haven’t used it yet but looking forward to
