Bespoke Series 5+ washing machine was slightly damaged at the bottom when delivered. Spoke to Sabah in customer services. She advised me to fill out a form and send images by email. Michael called after receiving my email and arranged for exchange. Received an exchange the following day. I was very happy with the service. They were very polite and helpful.
