Communication Needs Work
A little too much customer communication for my liking in relation to an expected delivery. Not enough communication between Lifestyle Home Appliances and the delivery team. Delivery instructions not completely followed and two deliveries in a row now where the packaging was not taken away, despite it being on the order.
