Communication with the delivery drivers were great. I added unpacking to my order and was worried they might accidentally bash the goods after unpacking as I live on the first floor too but they handled them with care and were very well mannered. I was informed on the phone and by the delivery guys to leave the fridge for at least 4 hrs and to take off the bits at the back of my washer before using. I would use Lifestyle Home Appliances again!

Product arrived in good condition. It works as expected but I feel the quality could be a notch higher.

We had a message from Lifestyle Home Appliances to say that our delivery would be about 2.30, and it arrived at 2.20. A washing machine and a dishwasher at the same time, which in our small kitchen was very difficult, and as my husband is now 80 he is unable to fit these himself, as he would have done previously, but these two young men made it look easy.
The old machines were out of the house quickly, with no fuss, and the new ones fitted in no time.
Both delivery/fitting men were very personable, polite and careful. Done and dusted in no time at all.

Great delivery in a difficult to find address

The delivery guys were bright,happy chaps who delivered my new Samsung fridge freezer without a hitch. Finding my apartment in a village where all 50 addresses are under the same postcode wasn’t a problem for him at all. Thanks
