From start to finish, the delivery and installation of my new washing machine by Steve and Darryl was faultless. The delivery team arrived bang on time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.
They took great care bringing the washing machine into my home, installed it quickly and expertly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They explained how to use the machine clearly, answered my questions patiently, and even checked for leaks and stability to make sure I was completely happy.
What really stood out was how respectful and courteous they were – clean, tidy, and genuinely keen to make sure the whole experience was stress-free. They also removed the old appliance without any hassle, which made the whole process seamless.

Unlike many other services, did exactly what agreed. I ordered a American-Style Smart Fridge Freezer, booked a delivery slot and an install service. They made _two_ heads up calls about the delivery on the day, once in the morning, secondly 10 min before. They showed up, and within the booked timeframe. The above shows respect to the customers time and schedule, which is like finding water in a desert. They had prepared, based on the information I had provided about the delivery, and whaddya know, it all went smoothly and quickly. Basically they do what they say they will, and that alone puts them among the top customer experiences in years.
