The fan was easy to order delivery was quick, delivery driver was polite. I was kept informed by the delivery company when it would be delivered. Can’t ask for more. I already have a Shark fan and that was excellent that’s why I purchased another, but this time a pedestal one that can turn into a short one if you need it to.
