The website wasn’t as user friendly as other retailers but I was able to get next day delivery. I got a phone call from the driver and from the company and felt fully informed. I paid for reversing the door which I didn’t need in the end so I got to refund for that which was unexpected. They do try to sell you their extended warranty but I found them less aggressive than other retailers. Overall a very positive experience. Although I haven’t actually switched on the appliance yet because it has to stand for several hours.
