I ordered an iPad for my daughter’s birthday, and while the item itself was fine, I was disappointed with the delivery service. The parcel arrived with the corner of the box smashed, which is not what you expect for an expensive item. I would recommend using Royal Mail for future deliveries, as they tend to be more reliable and handle parcels with greater care.
