Easy delivery. One or two snags after that. Before buying we rang to ask specifically, was there a plug/lead attached ? Told yes there was. Not so. No plug and no lead. In handling, fingerprints showed up immediately on front…..will be difficult to avoid without washing it off all the time….so possibly the numerals next to dials will fade very quickly from cleaning.

The tracking was excellent — constant updates via Lifestyle Home Appliances and the carrier, no vague status or delays. It arrived exactly on the promised release date, in perfect condition with the usual premium Apple packaging.
First impressions are brilliant: the M5 chip is snappy for daily use and AI tasks, fanless and silent, with outstanding battery life (15-18 hours), vibrant display, and the lighter build. Double the base storage is a welcome upgrade.
Overall, a flawless launch-day purchase — reliable service, on-time delivery, and an excellent laptop. Highly recommended!
