Easy to navigate the website and compare items till I found what I wanted. Once purchased the delivery was straightforward and got a follow up call giving me a more exact time the item would arrive. Got the offer of extra cover for the item and the operator was also very friendly and helpful. The delivery guys phoned me to say they were 5 minutes out and they arrived on time. Were also friendly, chatty and helpful. All in all a positive experience from start to finish!. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
