I paid to have a delivery between 1000&1400. I received an email to say I would get an estimated time of arrival first thing on delivery day. This did not happen. I’m guessing because I booked a specific timeframe the email was not deemed necessary. I suggest making the system recognise this and adjust the confirmation emails to avoid confusion. I was able to track the delivery but some customers may not so an alternative method should be available.
