Only reason I haven’t given full marks was something the guys said regarding setting up associated equipment (set top boxes etc), you pay for this service and its clear in the Lifestyle Home Appliances wording that this is a service that they’re selling, but the guys seemed sceptical as to whether this is always carried out thoroughly. Not sure..
