Communication. The delivery crew let me know their expected time of arrival. They called when they were 5 minutes away. I was able to track their journey which is helpful! On arrival they were polite and friendly. They asked where I needed my appliance to be dropped. All done with respect to me and my property!! Thanks a million to Lifestyle Home Appliances.
