Delivered on time @ 11.45 , followed the direction for delivery of large ltem , and delivered through back door to kitchen area ,Also forwarded verbal instructions to say not to plug it in for 3hrs .which i found very useful .

They work very hard (washer dryer installation in an apartment block), so a bit miserable in the weather, but efficient. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great delivery team, kept is informed of when they were going to get to us. Paid for recycling of old appliance, they also unpacked and took my packaging and ensured the appliance worked before leaving. no mess and very curteous.

Excellent communication the day before delivery to confirm arrangements. NB : phone call came up as potential scam, not identified as Lifestyle Home Appliances and I rejected call twice. Perhaps a note for the future?
Fitters called about 30 mins before arrival. Very pleasant young man, didn’t get his name who clearly identified what he was going to do. Very tidy and quiet workers who kindly made a couple of adjustments for us. Thankyou again!
